DIRECT ADHESION DENTISTRY: Root Surface "Ditch" Repair

ABRASION OF ROOT SURFACE - BRUSHING TOO VIGOROUSLY

Years of "back-and-forth" tooth brushing with a stiff toothbrush will cause gums to recede. This situation also causes a subsequent "DITCHING" of the softer root surfaces. These defects now can be restored through direct adhesion techniques. Neither teeth nor gums are disturbed in the process.
