DENTAL IMPLANTS:
"Fixed" Implant-Support Full Denture
OSSEOINTEGRATED TITANIUM DENTAL IMPLANTS
After the healing phase is complete, the implants are now ready for the full denture to be secured directly to them.
This lower complete denture is now fully IMPLANT SUPPORTED and "FIXED" to the implants with the threaded fasteners. the advantages are: denture stability, patient comfort and patient confidence. The disadvantage are: difficult access for implant hygiene, inadequate lower lip support and the fact that only a dentist can remove the denture.

"Removable" Implant-Supported Full Denture
TITANIUM DENTAL IMPLANTS
After the healing phase is complete, a custom fabricated "retentive bar" is secured to the implants with threaded fasteners.
This case required three retentive features processed into the denture base to engage the "retentive bar" and hold the denture firmly in place. This design permits the patient access for the denture with out the aid of the dentist. Patient access for implant and denture hygiene is greatly improved.
