"We have been visiting issaquah valley dental for some time now and can not imagine going anywhere else! They have been amazing!" - Marie
Ashley is a gentle dental assistant who graduated at the top of her class. She has been at Issaquah Valley Dental Care since 2009, implementing new technologies and enjoying the wonderful experience provided by working with the doctors. Ashley enjoys getting to know patients, and she is looking forward to getting her jaw surgery certificate soon. When she's not working, she spends time with her husband, Antonio and her dog, Tiki. She also spends a lot of time with friends and family, seeing movies and playing volleyball.
"After graduating dental assisting school in 2009, I quickly learned I was more of asset in the front office. Although assisting the dentist has always fascinated me, I love working with patients, getting to know them and helping them achieve great oral health. I believe a nice smile can be life changing. There’s no greater reward than listening to patients tell me how held back and self conscious they’ve felt by their teeth, and then, watching them leave our office more confident and smiling. I was lucky enough to join the Issaquah Valley Dental Care team in May of 2013. The technology and level of patient care in this office is like nothing I’ve seen, and makes coming to work every day something I look forward to. When I’m not at work, I love pretty much anything I can do with my kids. Some of our favorite activities are camping, boating, traveling and spur of the moment road trips are always fun!"
"Being the patient care coordinator, my primary purpose is patient satisfaction. I am devoted to providing an excellent patient experience; each patient has a different need and a different case. Prior to joining the team, I received an Associate's degree in Psychology, where soon after I decided that I was more interested in the dental field. I joined a Dental Assisting Program in Seattle, and not too long after was given the wonderful opportunity to become a part of the team! I'm grateful to have learned so much in such a short amount of time and continue to learn and grow every day. I enjoy creating new relationships with all of our patients! 'Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life.' I'm so thankful that I was able to find my passion in the dental field. Outside of the office, I love spending time with my husband, going on hiking trips, and doing everything I possibly can to fulfill my life."
